my name is a Mark Fraley I'm I've been at Skyway this is my third year at Skyway Elementary School I'm at the developmental preschool teacher and I get to teach 3 to 5 year old just a number of things it's really it's really great environment to work in the way they absolutely love mr. Barkin you don't want to drive by the school they're calling out his name when they think when they see the school day we were doing a pretty cool place of a whole week and we get familiar with it we acted out sometimes can we did this story called Ice-T which is about a garbage truck and we're doing the ABCs of trash in there and then I think I just some of the reactions of the kids when you pull out the trash and you pull out this banana peeling you go fill what letters that has the letter b banana peel and he's a motivator for getting out the door and then they love the fact that he's you just music a lot in the classroom he gets out of his guitar and sing songs and music really is Meaningful to my boys and help them up the obituary section of motivate and learn to help them remember things so heading that tool from him has been really helpful you get to work with speech language therapist you work with an occupational you work with administrators you work with instructional assistant are you work with parents a lot so it's really collaborative team-based approach and that's really funny that it's March and their whole team and they really are look at my boys are my strength be the focus first on what they're they're good and work with that obviously NFL schedule today things that they really started from that perspective of what are their strengths what are we working with that is positive about them that we can use the kind of Channel and help them grow over these
